South Coast AQMD: Preliminary Test Results for Atmotube PRO

PM2.5

The South Coast Air Quality Management District, the US air pollution state agency, tested three Atmotubes PRO from July 1, 2019 to November 3, 2019.

Here we are sharing the recently published preliminary results:

  • According to the AQMD test results, Atmotube PRO has shown a strong correlation in PM2.5 and PM1.0 measurements with professional particle monitors from BAM and GRIMM (unit cost ~$20K and $25K respectively)
  • Temperature and relative humidity measurements have also shown a very strong correlation with reference values from professional measurement equipment.

Great to see that Atmotube effectively detects two of the most harmful air pollutants, PM1 and PM2.5, as shown by tests conducted by a very reputable laboratory.

Note: the test results are preliminary. The final report will be available soon.
